Dear fellow American, citizen of the Republic, person on the land,

May 2010 already! The year is rocketing along and so is the groundswell from the soul, hearts and spirit of the sons and daughters of the living God and of those engaged in the Reclaim America Revolution. It is no coincidence if you are reading this article, may I suggest this is exactly where you are supposed to be. We are postponing our monthly meeting for May as work calls me out of town. So here is a vision of where we are heading. I hope you invest time this month studying some background so you can better understand the events of our time.

Whether you are a Tea Party patriot, a constitutional conservative, a republican, an independent, on Janet’s Homeland Security no fly list, or a skeptic; one thing is certain the Ides of March are behind us and the battle for power, position and politics rages.

Will the Sumo wrestler from Chicago and his cronies, (so clearly articulated by the 3rd most watched and listened to Glenn Beck program) come out on top? Or will the silent majority reflected in the iceberg of the Tea Parties scuttle this ocean liner of corporacrats (or as my spell check says corpora rats) and socialists careening the country into the seas that swallowed the Titanic? Okay, enough of the metaphors.

I offer you a recap of this years CCM meetings in review for a specific purpose. I desire that you know what is important to focus on for today. Education leads to effective civic action and getting educated means to start listening to your own inner bugler and not the daily media diet of compelling crisis upon managed hype.

January "The Money Trail." - We focused on understanding the reality behind the political dance. If you thirst to know truth separated from spin - follow the money. The stimulus "pills" doled out from the top down federal government meddling with a free economy wherein folks have the 4 freedoms in business:

    1. The freedom to try
    2. The freedom to buy
    3. The freedom to sell and
    4. The freedom to fail.

The special interests they have selectively favored are neither free-market based nor creating a "hope filled" better future. So "The Money Trail" pdf is posted for your continued study. I encourage you to wrap your head around this elusive monkey. If you haven’’t taken the time to deepen your understanding, I strongly encourage you to save it to your desktop, print a copy and take 30-60 minutes a day to learn about the history of money, basic economics and really understand who controls the country.

"Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes it’s laws" Quote by Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild. (Major founder behind the privately owned Federal Reserve System)

So we are enthusiastically searching fro constitutionally inclined candidates for the upcoming November elections; but unless they know who is controlling the money they too will end up as pawns in the hands of the global private bankers who are well seasoned in playing the political fiddle. So, I promise you that you will see with new eyes after applying some study time to this topic, you will hear the news with new ears and your perspective will change forever. (In an empowering way!) The solution can start at the state level Create wealth through our State Chartered Banks spending wealth into our infrastructure. This can counteract and dissolve the debt bubble bomb being created by the corporate Federal government and begin to bring us back to balance.

February "The Future of Education" Next we focused and continue to focus on education. What do the candidates for Superintendent of Public Instruction in AZ have to say about the state of public education? Here is a pop quiz?

There are approximately 190 countries in the world. Where does the USA rate in world literacy? (The answer is below) We had 3 of the candidates and scholars both academic and constitutional propose some exciting solutions. Do your State candidates for this position understand the depth of the challenges we face in public education?

We currently spend nearly $10,000 per year per student in Arizona and guess where we rank nationally? VERY NEAR THE BOTTOM. But wait! America ranks 65th in the world in the ability of our college kids to read. What! America is 65th in world literacy. This is a national disgrace. Thank you Teachers Unions. Thank you bureaucrats. Thank you Arizonans for emotionally footing the bill for such incompetency! Say NO to Prop 100 ($.01 sales tax which is an 18% tax hike! Ah it’s just a penny for the kids my eye!)

Bring competition and free enterprise into our education system; reintroduce the bible and morality and teach children one subject at a time for a concentrated period. We could turn this around and save 30% in the current cost of educating our kids. We would dramatically improve national literacy and shorten the length of time our kids take to graduate and double the about of time they study each subject.

For more details check out Professor Curtiss Hungerfords plan (see the pdf. "Education Reform in America".) And if you are really interested, see the pdf "Education Reform Implementation."

I had thought the Superintendent of Public Instruction would be the one to implement reform. I am realizing that they are a political administrator who gets paid much better than a legislator and is more of the manager of our education system. For systemic change we need to look further up the ladder The office of Governor.

March "The County Attorney Does What? Understanding the Law and who Represents You."

Let’s change gears for a moment. We are a nation of laws right? Aren’t we founded on the rule of law? Let me ask you what law?

    1. God’s law?
    2. Nature’s law?
    3. Common law?
    4. Equity law?
    5. Maritime law?
    6. Or perhaps Admiralty law known as the Uniform Commercial Code?

May I suggest that we are weak, fearful, angry and disempowered citizens because we do not clearly know the law and what laws we are subject to. Now I’m not saying we all have to go out and get a law degree. I personally believe that education begins in knowing and loving God’s law, and developing a personal relationship with Him. The rest follows on naturally.

Otherwise, I have found mans law and it says, "that he who owns the gold makes the laws." This is the harsh reality of the tyranny we are all bristling and squirming against that is driving us to bigger and bigger government with less and less personal control. Do you remember how in the old testament God never wanted the Israelites to have a king? There is good reason for this. Even God’s chosen people had a hard time listening to good counsel. Our founding fathers listened and listened intently. They gave us a gift that we are now called to uphold for our generation. Okay, we didn’t cover all this but we did invite a candidate for County Attorney and see videoclips from justices on the Supreme Court to help see the trends in our society and the challenges we face in understanding and upholding the rule of law and what the role of the County Attorney is and why it is important to have an attorney of sound judgment, good character and a man or woman with a solid moral compass at the helm. Bill Montgomery is a most impressive selection.

April "History of Arizona" What is the role of a Governor? What is the relationship with the Federal Government?

We look at the

Responsibility as a Sovereign State

Responsibility to her Sovereign citizens

4 of the 19 Gubernatorial candidates shared their vision for Arizona. Dean Martin helped us see the condition of our state finances and demonstrated his command of economic malaise of our state; Barry Hesse gave a clear and piercing view of the Libertarian and a dose of common sense, Hugh Kealor gave an impassioned constitutional perspective of how fed up we are and how he is a no nonsense guy. Steve Slaton is a patriot and concerned father and businessman who wants to see us get back to constitutional principles. The slate is pretty full with Gubernatorial hopefuls and the field will have to thin in the primary’s before we see who and what message will carry the state. The AZ legislature and the Governor has hit a home run with the passage of the zero tolerance illegal parade across our Southern border.

Now, take the links contained herein and please take time to study in a way that takes you deeper than the media bites that fill your brain with managed news. Until soon.

I am your friend in service to the living God.
